To ask the Minister for National Development (a) whether the Ministry formally tracks the proportion of private and HDB resale property purchases that are funded significantly by intergenerational wealth transfers; and (b) what is the Ministry's assessment of the impact of such wealth transfers on housing affordability in the private residential and HDB resale markets respectively.
