To ask the Minister for National Development what is the breakdown by flat-type for the number of BTO flats to be launched in (i) each of 2025, 2026 and 2027 and (ii) each year over the last five years.

The breakdown by flat type of BTO flats launched from 2020 to 2025 is as follows:

More information on the 2026 and 2027 BTO supply will be shared when ready. We will continue to monitor the housing market closely and calibrate BTO supply to meet the housing needs of Singaporeans.
