To ask the Minister for National Development in each of the past five years, what are the (i) mean and (ii) median numbers of dogs at each facility licensed to breed puppies for sale.

Answer:

The mean and median numbers of dogs at licensed breeding facilities from 2020 to 2024 are shown at Table 1.
