To ask the Minister for National Development with regard to the Environmental Impact Assessment Report dated 29 August 2024 on the Woodlands N1 site zoned for residential development, how does the HDB strike a balance between meeting public housing needs and preserving the environment.

A reply was provided at the 7 January 2025 sitting in response to Dr Lim Wee Kiak’s and Ms Hany Soh’s questions on planned housing developments at Sembawang and Woodlands.
