It has come to our attention that advertisements have been circulating, claiming that MND has endorsed a sales event which will be held at HDB Hub. The event invites renovation and cleaning companies to sell renovation and cleaning packages to homeowners.

According to the advertisements, these companies were asked to donate part of their sales proceeds towards financing projects related to the decluttering of homes impacted by hoarding – falsely claiming that these projects were handled by MND.

We would like to clarify that MND has not endorsed this sales event and is in no way associated with it. MND is also not involved in any commercial activities related to this event.

Members of the public who come across such invitations or advertisements are advised to alert MND by writing to mnd_hq@mnd.gov.sg.
