Question 494. Ms Nadia Ahmad Samdin: To ask the Minister for National Development (a) what are the key reasons why some neighbour disputes do not get escalated to the Community Relations Unit (CRU); and (b) what measures are in place to ensure residents are aware of the appropriate dispute resolution pathways.

Question 495. Ms Nadia Ahmad Samdin: To ask the Minister for National Development (a) whether the Government has plans to implement upstream engineering interventions in new BTO housing design to mitigate inter-floor noise; and (b) how the current materials used compare against global standards for noise and insulation.
