To ask the Minister for National Development how many offices and business parks have a gross floor area of (i) less than 5,000 sqm (ii) between 5,000 to 7,999 sqm (iii) between 8,000 to 9,999 sqm (iv) between 10,000 to 14,999 sqm and (v) above 15,000 sqm.

Answer:

Based on available data, the estimated number of developments with office and business park space by gross floor area (GFA) is in Table 1 below.
