Our goal is to transform the OneService App into a one-stop community platform to meet residents’ diverse municipal needs.

The Municipal Services Office (MSO) works closely with our partner agencies, Town Councils and the industry to find ways to tackle municipal issues efficiently and effectively, as well as to promote greater neighbourliness.

The OneService App has the following features:

  • “Submit Case” – for residents to report municipal issues they encounter.
  • “What Say You?” survey tool – for residents to provide their views through surveys.
  • “Book Facilities” – for residents to search, book, and enquire about event and community spaces.
  • “Start Parking” – for motorists to pay for parking at URA and HDB coupon-based car parks.
  • “Find Parking” – for motorists to locate nearby public and commercial car parks.

Submit Case feature

The Submit Case feature allows residents to submit their municipal feedback, without knowing which agency to go to.

Residents only have to select the relevant category, upload a photo and provide a short description of their case. The case will then be automatically routed to the relevant agency or Town Council for their follow-up. Residents are able to track the progress of their cases via the History tab.

What Say You?
feature

The What Say You? Survey tool provides a convenient and accessible channel for residents to provide their views on a variety of topics related to their living environment, complementing physical polling by offering secure, authenticated digital polling.

Residents can be notified of and access surveys relevant to their estates by entering their 6-digit postal code.

Book Facilities
feature

Residents can use the Book Facilities feature to search, book, and enquire about spaces such as function rooms, multi-purpose halls, workshop rooms and outdoor playfields to host their community interest groups.

MSO will progressively add more community and sports facilities from government agencies, Town Councils, and other organisations that residents can book and pay for online.

Find Parking feature

Motorists can use the feature to locate nearby public and commercial car parks. It contains useful car park information such as parking rates, operating hours and car park entrances. The lot availability and height clearance are also displayed for selected car parks.

Start Parking
feature

For added convenience, motorists parking at URA and HDB coupon-based car parks can access Parking.sg seamlessly through this feature on the OneService App.

The payment transaction will be processed through Parking.sg, no different from using the standalone app.
