29TH MEETING OF ASEAN MINISTERS ON AGRICULTURE AND FORESTRY
(AMAF) AND 7TH MEETING OF AMAF+3,
1 – 2 NOV 2007
Parliamentary
Secretary for National Development, Dr Mohamad Maliki Osman,
will be attending the 29th Meeting of the ASEAN Ministers
on Agriculture and Forestry (AMAF) and the 7th AMAF+3 (People’s
Republic of China, Japan and Republic of Korea) Meeting from
1 - 2 Nov 2007 in Bangkok, Thailand.

The Meetings will discuss the progress of ASEAN countries’
co-operation in food, agriculture and forestry and updates
on the progress of Avian Influenza control measures in ASEAN
countries.

Dr Mohamad Maliki Osman will be accompanied by officials from
the Ministry of National Development and the Agri-Food and
Veterinary Authority.
