Vertical green walls first gained popularity in the early 1990s, following the successful introduction of climber plants on the walls of flyovers and bridges. Today, these green walls are flourishing, along with other skyrise greenery including sky terraces and roof gardens. In fact, Skyrise Greenery is a term coined in Singapore, which reflects our collective approach towards greening in an urban, high-density environment.
