Mdm Siti Hajar has not only shown patience, a key virtue in customer service, but also eagerness and sincerity in attending to each and every customer. When Mdm Heng visited the AVA Import & Export service counter to arrange for the export of her pet dog to Dubai, she was impressed by Siti’s attentiveness when she recollected their conversation earlier that day. Siti also took time to explain patiently to Mdm Heng the procedures to apply for an export license, and guided her on the computer to apply for one.
Mdm Heng commended Siti for her efficient assistance in helping her to obtain the required documents, and also for her gentle, friendly and professional attitude, which helped to disperse her anxiety. In addition, Mdm Heng praised Siti for being patient and for wearing a smile at all times, although she has to attend to enquiries at both the service counter as well as over the telephone.
