We are looking
for individuals who are able to think clearly and possess
good communication and writing skills. We also value creative
and analytical persons and who adopt a positive attitude to
life and work. The person should also be able to work systematically
as well as under pressure.
Training and Development
MXOs
are trained to be generalists and at the same time, we ensure
that they have the specialist knowledge and expertise to perform
well in a particular job. We send officers for core training
that is job-related as well as courses on personal development.
Comprehensive training will ensure that officers can perform
up to job expectations and requirements. We also rotate officers
through different jobs so as to expose them to a variety of
jobs, let them develop more general skills, and find their
niche eventually.
Besides job
rotation, MXOs could also be involved in projects or assignments
in other Divisions/Departments
for exposure to more challenges and responsibilities. This
would enable officers to acquire additional expertise and
the supervisors could also develop or test the officers' potential.
