Corporate Support Scheme of Service
The Corporate
Support Scheme of Service will be the primary scheme for employing
and managing people for a broad range of Division II and Division
III jobs.
Job Responsibilities
Your role is
to provide support to the Senior Officer whom you will be
reporting to. Your duties will include performing various
administrative duties, assisting your superior in the projects
that she/he undertakes and arranging meetings. If deemed suitable,
you will be empowered to take on greater responsibilities.
You will be
deployed to any of the following Divisions/Departments:
Corporate Development Division
Housing Division
Infrastructure Division
Strategic Planning Division
Planning and Research Department
Eco-city Project Office
Corporate Communications Department
Computer Information Systems Department
Job Requirements
The right candidate
should have:
(a) |
At
least 3 GCE 'N' level passes (including B3 or better
in English and Mathematics); |
(b) |
At
least 3 GCE 'O' level passes (including English and
Mathematics); |
(c) |
Good
knowledge of Microsoft Office; and |
(d)
|
Good
communication and writing skills |
Training
You will be
given the opportunity to undergo at least 12.5 days of training
to equip you with the required skills for the job and for
personal development.
