In 2008 alone, Ms Toh received 10 compliment letters from external organisations and members of the public for her commitment and passion in providing excellent service. On one occasion, when she assisted in a customer’s visit to Fort Canning to check on facilities for a team-building programme, Ms Toh was praised for her enthusiasm, initiative, helpful insights and suggestions. The customer said he was “especially touched and delighted” when she showed him a portfolio of photographs which she had painstakingly prepared, collected and designed over the years. He also mentioned that Ms Toh had gone the extra mile to provide ideas, visuals and event themes that made their visit fruitful and satisfying.
